BREATHWORK is for EVERYONE and its benefits are undeniable. When I discovered Breathwork in 2017, I was astonished it wasn’t more widespread. I kept asking, “Why isn’t this incredible practice taught in therapist offices, schools and beyond?” I gained more out of my first session than years of the therapy in New York City. Breathwork unearthed something deep inside of me and that is something I have witnessed in countless others around the world.
Emerging science has caught up to what eastern practices, such a pranayama, have taught us.
