Class Preparation
Come with an open mind and truly show up for the session! Breathwork is WORK! Everything worthwhile is on the other side of your comfort zone, so please be prepared to “do the work” to get the most out of your experience! Like most things in life, the more you put into this work, the more you will receive. Be present and SHOW UP!
It is best not to do Breathwork on a full stomach so try not to eat at least two hours before your session. If you do eat, try for something light like a bit of fruit.
Please arrive on time. Doors open 20 minutes before class is set to begin. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, all classes, sessions and workshops will start promptly on time. Late admittance is not permitted and there are no refunds for late arrivals or missed classes.
Arrive early for an optimal experience.
Please wear loose clothing that will allow you to breathe freely and without constraints.
Yoga mats, blankets, knee bolsters and eye masks are provided for your comfort. Please bring water and there is a refillable station at the studio.
Please be prepared to stay for the entirety of session. Group classes will last approximately 75 minutes. Workshops and Private Sessions will last approximately 2 hours.
Please do not plan to leave early and this is for your safety and well being.
INTENTION
In the hours or days preceding class, think of an intention you wish to bring to your session. Coming into this experience with an intention is an incredible way to begin and your breath will help guide you. Think of your breath as a bridge to what it is you wish to resolve, accomplish and bring into your life.
Intention is a powerful ally in your journey.
