Private Sessions

Private 1:1 breathwork sessions are highly individualized, allowing for a deep, transformative experience that aligns with your specific needs and aspirations. These personalized and immersive sessions allow you to unlock emotional blockages, break free from limitations, chronic stress and anxiety. Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which reduces stress and promotes relaxation. It can release suppressed emotions, allowing you to process and let go of past traumas and embrace the present with purpose. By bringing attention to your breath, you cultivate mindfulness and greater self-awareness, which can lead to insights about personal limitations and how to overcome them. The benefits are numerous and lasting.

You may find comfort in knowing you don’t have to go into “your story” if you do not wish to do so. A lot can be observed simply through your breath. Your breath is the bridge which will carry you to where you need to go.

A minimum of 8-10 sessions is suggested and can take place in a via ZOOM or in a private space. Our studio is available pending availability.
